To beautiful songs from around the world, practice ancient dance moves which can help make your pregnancy healthier, your mood more joyful, and your baby’s entry into your life smoother. Birth professionals welcome—you can learn moves to help your clients too.
The class includes meditation, discussion of the physiology of labor and how certain movements help the birth process, stretching, and dancing, and fun! The choreography is simple and easy to follow, and there will be opportunities to dance freely. You’re not the only one who will feel good afterwards—babies love to be rocked! No dancing experience required.
